Incomplete Slumber Party

Sorry for taking such a long time to put this up. We had a great time last week at Yings'. We sat at the verandah with beers, ciggies, pizzas, tissues for the tears (I guess it was me only :) or did you all?? before I arrived) and of course some music to ease the moods. Don’t remember we had all these when we had slumber party last time. It was only us, the bed and sometimes the cassette player. I recalled me and J clad in our pajamas, carried our mini pillows and walked happily to Ying’s house. It wasn’t tiring to walk around at all but with the ability to drive now, walking to Ying’s house somehow became a distance. Back then, it was safe to walk around at night. No patrolling in the neighbourhood unlike now some had to pay monthly protection fee to the security company but still there are break in’s happening. We had only young boys in their BMXs, mountain bikes, racer bikes and the more advance motor “modified cars” , vroom, vroom!! patrolling the neigbourhood. They will slow down and try their luck to know us but most of the time to no avail. Mom said “Don’t talk to strangers”. That reminds me of the ever famous greeting kissing sound, err I just can’t do that!
Anyway, after sending off Ms T home, we came back to Ying's residence. 10dollar (you wanted to upgrade your currency denomination to dollar) laid on a wood platform outside the verandah. Brilliant! I slipped off my heels, tip toed on the damp grass and excitingly lay on my back staring up the dark sky. Not even 10 mins, Ying was rushing us to bunk into her room because she is too tired to lepak outside. Reluctantly me and 10 dollar said ok but with one condition 10dollar want to schmooke in her room. So she did, with the beers sleeping beside her. We had some photo session with our prominent dark circles too. So Kim shared a bed with Ying, me and 10 dollar. Well we talked and talked and talked to sleep.
Miss you all PSs’ and J!!! When can we have everyone gathered again?? 1st of May Before I forget, I told 10 dollar that I will put up her quote. “Sometimes we don’t get what we always want therefore we tend to treasure on things we don’t really want” So does it mean we settle for less??
