Thunder Only Happens When It's Raining

Since young, I had this thought of what if tomorrow never comes or I had only days to live? Answer is : I will want to gather my loved ones around me and spent every inch of the remaining time I had. On second thought, I’m not sure will I be in time to gather everyone that I wanted them to be with me when they are not within my reach of means. What stir up my thought for today?

Because I heard the loudest thunder yesterday midnight. It was extremely scary as it sounded more like a bomb and I felt the tremor. I woke up from my bed and pulled away the curtain. A half awake bewildered girl looking out the window, question and question thrashed into my blurry mind. Am I dreaming? Is there a bombing or is it another natural disaster striking the vulnerable earth again? Is it the Armageddon? Life flashes like an instant, will there be another tomorrow? Have I done to my utmost ability? Have you?

Something that I would like to share,
SGI President Ikeda said “Please exert yourselves vigorously with the determination to live each day to the fullest, so that you may compose a golden diary of life.”

there comes a time in each of our lives where we will stop and ponder how far we have gone, and if we are where we wanted to be.this is a very important and often undermined step in growing up. we try to make sense of the things we see everyday around us, and when we could not muster a conviction, we just asked "why?".whatever happens, without and within us, whenever we hear people talking about living lives without regret, know that all that just means we are able to wake up in the morning, thankful we are alive and well, that our conscience is clear and we strive to do what is right to the best of our abilities.
